Dumb question

I'm just starting out on this site. Prior to logging in I can see a SEARCH button which takes me where I want to go. However, once I have logged in I no longer see a SEARCH option, just one that searches my threads. I must just be looking in the wrong place. Can someone solve my dumb question - how can I search forums once logged in? Help appreciated.

Hi, on the far right of the page and up a bit you should see a small magnifying glass......

Yes I see that before I log in - once logged in all I can see on the RHS is my name/message envelope/alarm bell - with a share this page box below. Maybe I'm blocking something somehow.

The Search facility on here isn't very good.
It used to be much better.
There is an alternative though that sometimes finds things that the main search doesn't find.
Use Google - like this
Just enter into the Google search "your search criteria" followed by SITE:forums.ybw.com
For example this:-
dumb question SITE:forums.ybw.com
Finds this thread.

Is that of any help?

Thanks - that works perfectly - I just need to remember the format!

Problem now resolved - thanks - the search button appears as well as search Forums - might just have been my browser (?) but in any event all is now good
