Sounds like a bit of a 'project'. You may not have time to maintain the field. Could at least avoid the need to actually go sailing!

I am handing on the batten of improved properties from FIL and a house with all facilities if my will includes yacht needing attention so be it,I have done my bitSounds like a bit of a 'project'. You may not have time to maintain the field. Could at least avoid the need to actually go sailing!
…..certainly a handy bar to take morning coffee and pursue the El Pais prior to a stroll along the sea front with prospect of sailing after lunch could.well fit in with a project yacht,without too much project…..
