I stupidly left the boat on house battery rather than completely disconnect via the 1.2 off all switch. Result house battery down at 7.1 volts.

Recharged the battery a week ago and it shows 12.95 volts now. Have I got away with it, or will it have much reduced capacity?

It is sold as Leisure battery, and supposedly can be discharged, but I suspect not to 7 volts

If it is still showing 12.95volts after resting for a week it could well be OK. It is in fact surprising high but my Varta leisure battery will hold a similarly high voltage for quite some time. A characteristic of modern batteries perhaps.

As Littleship says you can but try it and see how it goes.

Gosh two cells completely discharged - if it wasn't left like that for too long I'd suspect you might get away with it.
You probably need to consider how you're going to put in an equalising charge, otherwise those two cells might go flat again and become knackered before their time.

??? Surely OP hasn't said anything about the charge in individual cells?

Out of interest, what is it that is actually drawing current when the boat is left? The only think I can think of on my boat, unless I left a light on or something, would be the bilge pumps and, in that event, I would probably be more concerned about why the pumps were running.

I managed to leave 2 GPS on and two extractor fans as well. Pure laziness as I switch everything off and the items need to be switched on again to make them work again.

My battery used to drain.............it was the battery condition meter! It had been wired to stay on when the rest was switched off.
