Duckham\'s Keenol Grease

During the winter, on the forum, it was said that Duckhams had stopped making Keenol, and that there really was no substitute.
Whilst idly browsing through the Mailspeed catalogue I noticed that they sell it. New production or old stock?

Re: Duckham\'s Keenol Grease CURSES

Curses!! I just found a tin of it, complete with price tag of 76p while clearing out my father's garage after his funeral. I was really proud to have un-earthed a gem, but if they are going to make it again it takes some of the shine off my legacy.

Re: Duckham\'s Keenol Grease

personally prefer the quicksilver marine grease with teflon. Doesnt dry out as a solid mass in quite the same way, so it works better as a grease, but possibly not quite so good as an anti-corrosive covering.

Unfortunately Keenol is like white wine it quickly goes over the top... you could of course donate it to me for safe disposal
