Drying out in/near Portsmouth Harbour

Going to follow the advice here and book Hardway for a clean but does anyone have any actual knowledge of what the drying height is. My chart shows about 2m but it looks much more very slightly to the north of the grid.

All I know is that at Hardway for a 1.7m.draft I need a 4.2m tide and rising on the next HW.
A draft of 2.0m is probably near the maximum with the southerly grid being flat and very slightly deeper.
You'l need a spring tide for 2.0m which will entail getting off/on near 1AM/1PM.
