Drowning at Kip

Have just heard on BBC Scotland that someone fell off their boat last night in Kip marina and has drowned

Nothing on the BBC web site yet but it is still early - very sad, we know we take risks when we go out but I always feel relatively safe in the marina

Many sympathies to anyone connected

The casualty fell from the pontoon gangway, not from a yacht

Did he fall or was he pushed? - Blown off - it has been quite windy here recently.
At 10:30pm it will be interesting to see if alcohol had any part in the incident.
