Hi all
First year on the Thames for me. Just got registration for my little 9ft grp boat which I'll use for fishing when season starts back up. I've been reading up on the EA Site on general boating etiquette but I'm still a little confused as to what will be right or wrong for where I anchor for periods for fishing.
I've stood at the free slipway at cookham (by the bridge) and watched boats going up and downstream observing which side of the river they use etc.
So what if I want to fish around a particular feature on the 'wrong' side of the river? I assume I can't just go drop anchor anywhere and expect boats to go around me?!
Any advice appreciated! Thanks
