I hope everyone is having/had a good Easter. Bumped into Timbad and FenderGirl in Lymmington who are up for a drink on Thursday. Anyone else? I'm sure there are a few tales to tell of recent trips and whatnot (djefabs and Hurricane /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif )

8pm at the Wheelwrights?

Cheers,
Rick

Should be ok for me.

I'll bring your charts etc back as well.
I dont know where we'd have been without them - especially the CMAP one.
I've added another chart set to your collection as well.
Although we enjoyed it very much we probably wont go back just yet.
A real experience - I'll try and write something up and post it before we meet.

Thanks again
Mike

Dont think you rank as a newbie
I've just read your reoprt
It would be great to meet you.
RogerRat has also threatened to come along to one of these meetings recently - perhaps you could convince him to come as well.

Mike

Should be able to make it with other half, can someone PM directions for me??

Thanks and see you all Thursday /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hi Rick
You can put my name in the frame and I will start thinking of suitable embellishment's for my passage report /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif. I guess about 8 pm.

From what I gathered from the phone calls, I'm not sure embellishments will be needed /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Looking forward to hearing the tales anyway - see you on Thursday.

Cheers,
Rick

The Wheelwrights is on Davis Way opposite Dinton Pastures. Turn right (if coming over the motorway bridge) and then immediately right again. Pub is on the left just around the corner.

PM me if you want my mobile number in case you get lost /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Cheers,
Rick

Hi Mike,

Yes, I've been threatening and Jez mentioned it to me, I hope to make it but I have a golfing committment (I know-I know- Derek, waste of a good quarry!) at Guildford, time permitting I will come over to Wokingham later.

Still no joy with those flippin' soft eyes, although I haven't tried recently due to tennis elbow.

Having not been there before, I will PM Rick for directions or a post code for my C-map.

Hope to see you all if poss.

Roger.

It was a fantastic turnout - great to see everyone and lots of new faces. Even Jez made it despite having to go cross country (don't trust your satnav /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Cheers,
Rick
