Personally only use tank water for washing etc. Drinking water never.
Especially not in the Med where the pontoon water is dubious to begin with and the high temperatures can grow interesting things in your tank. We have always used a general ecology water filter system which delivers bottled water quality drinking water from a dedicated tap. easy to fit and you will never need to lug heavy bottles on board again. best thing we ever bought for the boat.
