Drawbar Extension

Evening All,
I am trying to find a supplier of a drawbar extension that allows you to launch and recover a boat on a trailer without drowning/rotting a car. Ideally it should be fixed so that you retain steering control when reversing a trailer down a slip. Any suggestions welcome! It would probably be possible to get one made up as a last resort. Thanks in advance.
