Hi Dave,

I drop the mast. I have it on a pulley system and It takes less than 10 seconds. ??

Many river boats rig a pulley on the forestay so you can drop the mast as you approach a bridge, then pull it back up afterwards. Some can even do it without needing to paddle if you get the speed up.

or if you're in a single hander, just lean it over.
