DPE lift rams which fluid and

hm says sae10w30 oil or sae20W Engine oil on the outside of the pump, thought it would take hydraulic oil ??

and do i need to bleed the rams after, or just put them up and down to bleed ?

Look at the exact specifications for the unit, they usually list these on the company website in their technical manuals section, many hydraulic specialists can supply the correct specification oil if it is a hydraulic oil as their specifications are broadly similar to engine oil but it is the additives and the hydraulic specifications which may differ slightly.

When I had DPE drives the lift pump had ATF in it.
