I have bought a professionally built ferrocement hull, 1/2-way done regarding installations. The boat is a Peter Ibold Endurance 35' and will get a cutter rig and has already a Westerbeke diesel installed.
I wonder if there are anyone out there with knowledge or experience about this boat design for blue water cruising??? I am pretty optimistic myself based on what I have seen and found out (which is why I bought it), but may be someone has special advice to give. After all, most of the installation work is still not done. We will be two onboard most of the time, with occasional visitors for shorter periods (we think).

Good boat - lots of them out there - once you leave UK waters you live mainly in the cockpit but the galley is important as is a fridge and possibly deep freeze.

the endurance range have a reputation as good boats offshore. i'm sure you're aware that the resale value of any ferro boat, even professionally built, will be a lot lower that any other type of construction but i guess you'll have got it cheaply.
