the little orange lifeboat moored alongside looks like one we saw at Kingston last year.?

The Kingston lifeboat thing is still there(on 24hr public moorings)and all of the lifeboats around here are yellow.
The 'pirate ship' looks like the boat that was moored at Turks, behind the pontoon where the Southern Belle picks up.

The response from the Captain of the pirate vessel sounds a lot like a certain Mr Trotman, floating slum landlord extraordinaire.
