really not nice 'people' serving there, they be rude as they take your order, the girls that bring it are horny but after you leave they seem compelled to attempt to poke holes in your appearance your accent your wifes dress anything, there are loads of nice establishments in the immediate area - go to one of those instead.

Kings Head - Avoid

food c**p too. Unfortunately went there Saturday, my wife complained about her food and the owner/manager (fat bald bloke) came out and basically ripped into her for complaining! Won't be going back - ever.

Erm, The Kings Head. I live in Lymington and go there occasionally, I can see that the guys above had a bad experience and I have occassionally as well but generally the place is no worse than any other busy seaside pub that serves food.

If you are looking for a change of pub try the Fisherman's which is about a 10 min walk past the Yachthaven walking away from the town.

Had a meal with 3 friends at the Kings Head a couple of weeks ago. It was awful! However they didn't charge us for them which was showed some redeeming features...

We had a terrible meal there back in July. To be fair the chef agreed it was crap and he wouldnt eat it. We got a full refund. Shame coz the view is great.
