Dolphin Generator

My Dolphin M4E generator has suddenly developed a fault and only outputs 10 volts AC! I have replaced the capacitor to no avail and to check anything else e.g. diodes, windings etc is a bit beyond me without a workshop manual. Does anyone have such a manual that could be e-mailed to me (I am in Turkey)?
Any of you unfortunate to have one of these generators will know that GenACis who supplied them in the UK went bust some time ago. What I could never get to the bottom of is whether they manufactured these generators or were simply suppliers. If they were suppliers then who manufactured them, and are they (the manufacturer) still in existance.
Although the generator has only done 510 hours it has been trouble ever since new and I have an awful feeling it may have to be written off.
Any help anyone can give would be much appreciated.

The GenACis web site is still up and running, clicky clicky ....

That ME4 is from their 3000 series and uses the Farymann engine, not sure off hand where you would go, other than GenACis themselves.

Shame really cause if you had one of their 1500 series, these genset are really re-badged Lombardini Marine sets, so you could have gone and spoken to Lombardini Marine.
