From the pics it looks like the work done is high quality.

They held the telescope the wrong way round .
In your 20 ,s plough £££ into property then reap the rewards a few decades later to be able to buy / run a boat , retire early etc etc .
That’s gonna suck them dry net worth wise at there age .
