I'm looking for recommendations for a good doggy lifejacket, what do you guys use? I've found a good one for the cat made of lead but want something better for the dog....

Crewsaver make them in 3 or 4 sizes, very good with lifting handles.

I agree - we've already had several occasions to use the handles :o:o

+3 Crewsaver Petfloat.

We have same Crewsaver for our half collie/half springer, but daughter got a Chiwawa/Maltese cross which we are looking after more and more; it's probably smaller than the cat we had. Do people use cat lifejackets for really small dogs, or are there lj's for very small dogs?

Baltic do a small one, see avatar.

I would be very wary of simply ordering to the Crewsaver sizes. We've just measured our small dog; he's 39cm from collar to base of tail = medium size. The other dog (springer/collie cross) has a Crewsaver medium, but far too big for the small dog. We'll have to go somewhere and try him for size, either small or very small.

Trouble is we haven't found one that won't catch on the dogs 'old fella' with the straps. He gets VERY antsy about it, can't say I blame hime either. Any good ideas?
