Help bliddy dog has p*ssed on a berth cushion !!! have mopped up the best we can . The cushion is fabric covered foam . Any Ideas apart from renewing the whole lot, of how to ensure its properly cleaned ?Otherwise its going to stink to high heaven . Is it legal to kill a dog with your bare hands ????

The fabric should come off to be washed, shouldn't it?

Dunno about cleaning the foam, though. You get special sprays for this kind of thing.

Don't know about the smell but although you can sedate then throttle, shoot or poison your pooch - shooting it with a bow and arrow is illegal.

absolutely except the cushion is all part of the plywood base. Nothing is easy or straight forward in my world .

Hope this suggestion helps. Wilkinsons sell some paper pads, similar to nappypads that are intended to be peed upon by the the dog and replaced with clean ones, but the dog will keep going to the same pad location, and not on your cushions; they are coloured blue one one side and white the other, forget which side is up though. These pads are used to train pups and cats at home.
The products mentioned all work but we also used the antiseptic fluid you use for cleaning cuts, smells like the dentist's mouthwash for a short while then evaporates and dog won't go there again.

believe me he won't go there again ...... Unless he's tired of living !!

Should have taken him for a walk before he couldn't hold it in any longer.....

This could be the answer to the problem different colours to suit the mutt’s mood or colour coordinated to harmonise with boat hull. Personally I am not into this lilac colour don’t know how the dog feels about it either maybe that’s why the dog is hiding its face just in case it is recognised.
