It used to be called "Rotary Fellowship Afloat" as far as I can recall. Get in touch with a Roary Club Sec. in the nearest town and ask.

I am a member of local Rotary but can't find anything out about it.

The rotary engine was known as the Wankel engine which ensured high but erratic performance in NSU cars.
