... that we could lose the "Moved: Who's Who on the ECF - sticky" thread from the top now? It persisting seems to defeat the object of moving it's contents into the other sticky thread!

A Methodist minister once told me that. The rather humourously named Reverend Steven Beer as I recall (Methodists, for those who don't get it, having been in the vanguard of the temperance movement and at one time vehemently opposed to the evils of the demon drink)

Last time I was in a Methodist Church I remember the minister giving a sermon on the evils of alcohol. He said; 'We need to take all the whisky in the world and pour it in the river. Then we need to take all the gin and brandy and pour it in the river. All spirits need to be taken to the river and poured in. And then all the wine and the beer in the world needs to poured in the river. I can't remind you enough about the evils of alcohol. Amen'
The choirmaster then stood up and said, 'we will now sing Hymn no. 167, "Shall we gather at the River"'.
