Whenever I am parked with the hull side exposed...I hang fenders high and low to try and prevent this kind of thing

I have no idea if they know each other. All I know is that the owner of the tender was in the tender but transferred to the Key Largo so I assumed he assisted him, why he needed help I don't know and why he hit my boat I don't know. It looks like I am going to be left with a bill, I am not exactly thrilled, I had the boat painted two years ago and have really looked after it always using a fender mat.

The boat is 55 feet long I can't protect it I would need a lot more fenders than I have.
