Have you used them on your boats outboards?

I used them on a Suntrip 18 and then a Calypso 23 powered by a single 75hp Yamaha.

On the Suntrip the speed increased by 3mph (about a 15-20% increase in speed. Plus it was much faster out of the hole. I never used the Calypso 23 without the Doel Fins

I am now wondering if anyone has had experience using them on twin engines.

EG a 23'0" Mako centre console with two 85hp 2 strokes on the transom?

I have doel fins on several speed boats and just bought a set for my 4.5 m rib. My boats are all single engine and I like the fins. I have never had a twin engine boat but I think they should work ok

I had them and they did not do much sadly. If hey do work I wonder why the manufacturers don't fit them !
When i fitted mine many years ago there was a warning that they could catch you out in a tight turn. They never did but that might be why

I had them on my Fletcher with inboard engine. They improved hole shot . reduced to proposing and increased top end speed.

But on a calm day and going flat out there was not very much boat left in the water so became a little unstable.

I have them on my tender. Once on a calm river I experience the same when reaching top speed. Back started to skip alarmingly and had I made a turn I am convinced the back would have spun out. It was a one off for me though as it's seldom I use it in such calm water or able to achieve those speeds. The benefit is it helps my small tender get on and stay on the plane at much lower speeds with a heavier load without having to distribute all the weight forward
