Do you older guys (40+) find you can't do it all any more?

Ah, that will be cataracts, then ...
That's just mean. And funny.

About 35 years ago I spent an afternoon rock climbing with Fritz Wiesner, who was about 85 at the time. He wasn't as strong as his former self, but he was at ease high in the air. Great guy. Amazing. Some guys can put their pants on two legs at a time. He was one of those.
Fritz Wiesner

Yes, trollitus. Still looking in to see the results of his work.

So instead of thinking about making a sailing accessible, you jump in with the opposite.
Maybe we could try to use this topic for something good.
So how can sailing be made accessible to someone who has physical problems?

Well, there are 8,769,122 people over 70 in the uk.

After about 10 year's time, the rest of the boating community can have it all to themselves, WW2 Boomers that is.

Funny you should write that. My wife had to unhook me this morning after i got 2 legs down one trouser leg when getting up this morning. & i am only 74.
Still, if I can still do it at 85 it means that darned pension company has had to give a bit more of my annuity back---- so that is one good reason to go on breathing ;)
