Do NOT watch this - likely to make you envious!

Parts of that interior were truly vile. I really enjoy watching Nick's videos, but was honestly scratching my head when he was so positively gushing about some of the more aesthetically challenging parts.

Couldn't agree more, we'll all have plenty of time to experience decor like that later on in life !

A very sweeping statement you could apply to just about every single boat on the water (even an Itama )

Small boats don’t have crew hassle like stewi s going through Mrs,s nicker draw or bonking in the owners cabin .
And you can drive a sub 24 M not a 40 M .

There’s no tension created over the cooking between the Mrs and crew either .

Or tension between Mrs and the crew ( aka pretty girls looking for a lift up ) on the Mr .

As far as what to get in leu of the £10 M , what would you do ?rather than slag off my plan .
Remember I,am just hiring a lad to wash it , fender it and when I,am bored sit at the helm with the autopilot on as it bombs from one Med Island at 38 knots to the other .We are booked in to the 5 * hotel btw and looking Fwds to the Mitch star food and wines to be paid for from the £2M held back .Lad will wash the boat .

Don’t not tell me you would blow it all on one boat and risk ( for various reasons ) destabilising your marriage? And anguish over how to sack the chef ? While you wife giving dagger looks to the bottle blond stewi fluttering her extended eyelashes at you .

The fact is, on yachts of this caliber the decor is chosen by the owner. So Nick would not be so impolite as to criticize it.
But for myself, I like a lot of the art deco touches, what I didn’t like was the hanging thing in the private lounge and the huge sofas in the main salon. They looked like a a box of Cadbury’s white chocolat fingers

If £10M was 'all' they had, I'm not sure anyone would blow it all on a boat. But then that was never the question. :)

The rest sounds like marital trust issues that won't get resolved simply by buying a smaller boat.
