Depends on the boat and the engine. Volvo do a 2 or 3 bladed prop and have a chart to help you decide which one. Normally, at least on the 2020/30 series a 2 blade is used, but a 3 blader could be used for a heavy boat. Obviously a 3 blade has more drag. Ask Volvo or a dealer for a recommendation for your boat.
Looks like a 3 blade fixed prop to me. Recomended size for the 110S is 16x11 L/H. We use a 17x12 on ours as it gives a better performance (for us!). It will drag, and you will loose a little bit of performance but its what most long term cuising boats have fitted. Mainly because you can change it/replace a damaged one without the need to get lifted out. With a folding prop (MAXPROP) you will need to be lifted to alter the pitch or suchlike.
Volvo do have a prop size chart but I would phone up these people about it http://www.sillette.co.uk/ .The right size prop is not engine dependent but requires a whole load of other info as well, e.g. engine size, gearbox reduction, displacement, water line length, desired hull speed, etc, etc.
Whatever prop you decide on; just remember to change the anode behind it every 12 months or so depending on how much of it is left, if its 50% worn change it!
