I do agree that if you are a 1 man band, then it would possibly be hard work to keep everyone happy, but if more than 1, does it take everyone to satisfy the deposit paid sale.
Our sales team need to be looking 2 months in advance to put numbers on the board, once a deal is done, our sales support look after the contracts etc, enabling the sales guys to do their next deal (not marine).
Having said all that, its all opinion and I would scan the web looking for my next boat linked in to boat shows etc, but the treatment I have had previously from various brokers means that I will steer clear of them.
