Just shared it from the DJI App John, they also took the video cache for the bird strike.Nigel is the log stored on the hand controller that you mail to them or do they big brotherishly have the log already?
The fly away replacement, (phantom 2), was purely done through customer service exchange, (DJI Europe), pre care package...it may have been helpful that we were an LTD with a video channel but I was very happy with the experience.
