I found this link on a canoeing website ( It would appear that canoeists are interested in keeping their tents snug after a days winter paddling).

In fact the site in general is very interesting as it gives lots of interesting info on steel yacht construction.

Great, thanks. I was looking for a site like this not long ago. This looks to be just what I wanted.

After a quick look, my only comment would be that the grate would last a lot longer if made from a metal that resists heat better, if at all possible. The traditional metal was cast iron but a stainless, AISI 321 if possible, would be better than a carbon steel.
 
I used to have a charcoal heater and when the original grate failed [it was just a square of s/s plate with small holes drilled in it] I replaced it with a cast iron gully grating [the type you might find under a rainwater down pipe next to your house].

This improved the performance of the charcoal heater and was easier to clean
