What should it contain?

Obviously some silicon sealant ... anything else

On a boat this has to be improvised. For example, a Pela oil extraction pump makes a very good lipo-suction treatment center, whilst a nip'n'tuck can be initiated by placing the patient over a nail-bar and a stubborn screw. Best IMO to check the patient is really determined to cross the gender line first.

Ha!
To need a cosmetic surgery kit, you must first have some unattractive features. I champion lard accumulation, and therefore need a plentiful supply of crisps, jaffa cakes, pasties, beer, wine etc prior to surgery. Then I need it all over again, as I am b*ggered if I am going to lay out hard cash for a one off RORC offshore cosmetic surgery kit, then not to use it ever again.
Other than that:-
Eyebrow Pliers
Large tape measure
Convex mirror to accentuate features under inspection
Blunt prod to establish fat depth
Set of G Clamps
Laundry Marker
Marples Chisels (at least one used for stirring paint)
Usual sail repair implements
P38 (easy sand)
3 quarts of Laphroaig (min 15 y.o. pref cask strength) - Dual Purpose antiseptic and anaesthetic
Kitchen Roll
Marigolds (ex antifouling)
Impressive brass Harley St Plaque for the bulkhead
Flash White Gown.
Ann Summers Handcuffs
Birthing Stirrups.
