I don't suppose anyone has diving kit they want to sell or lend? Bit of a rush as we are flying to Africa in a few days. Also what are regs. for dive cylinders on aircraft?

Never worth taking cylinders. You have to strip them and then refitt them. Plus the weight will cost you a fortune.
Just rent from the local dive school.
I only ever take Mask, Snorkel, fins and rent the rest.
I have about 500+ mask sets etc here so PM me for details. Yes you will have to buy them but they are cheap
