Diver or lift out & scrub recomendations - Torbay or Darmouth

I need a budget scrub in the Riviera in a couple of weeks time.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

When I sailed a Folkboat down there years ago we used to just run it onto a sandbank of Dittisham and hop over the side but the draft on the Impala is a little larger.
