Some times the reflections on the windows , the tints or the lace curtains can make them hard to spot

Apparently the EA will be visiting various marinas to check for licences. For example, they will be at at Thames and Kennet at the end of September and intend to prosecute unlicensed owners.

Why have they left it so late? some boats maybe being lifted out soon! You get the impression that they don't really want to catch anybody as it it might mean doing something about it.

Too little, too late. Quite a few boats in marinas will be coming out of the water in October anyway, so checking for licences at the end of September seems like a waste of time to me, should be doing it in April / May, after they've all been relaunched for the start of the season!

How about a further wind up..... we decided to go for some quality living and have a new beige speedboat!
Nice! Will have to change my colour search and keep an eye out for this one now
