After a few beers in the bar de la Cherbourg , the otherwise perfect crossing had been spoiled by one of the crew who woulnt stop harping on about how seasick she felt off the Nab, just as my wife asked if her mother was still asleep in the aft cabin my flash back reminded me ...................... I had lashed her safely on the calmest seat on the boat.
