DISABLED MOTOR BOATING

Oh joy. Finally we can wheel you in on a marina trolley instead of having to carry you from the bar. That should afford us several more rounds and still be up to the task. (y)

Congrats Roy, that is a nice set up.
Are they for a manual or powered wheelchair? The ramps going in / out of the cabin look quite steep relatively - can the wheelchair negotiate the apex easily?

Now all you need to do is to install a lift going up to the flying bridge!

Hi banjo yes powered chair we are extending into the cabin it is tight ven the width there is 10 MM spare , it’s just when the kids visit and stay over, I have got an isle chair like the ones on a plane which will be easier to use and leave the chair to charge on the stern deck . There was a power cat for sale that was converted for chairs with a lift on , it was £350 k out of our league.

A little story , we was on a trail boat cruise with MBM in Milford haven, and my son would be about 5/6 all weekend he used a plastic tractor to get around on shore quite a big one , no one questioned why except a manager of a cafeteria who said he can’t bring that in here and she told him to get off he said he can’t , we left without explanation. That the tractor was his wheel chair , now he knows the word F off.
