A most excellent place to visit full of interesting pubs and other ancient stuff,the Anchor is our favorite watering hole.
For the higher minded,the church and its unusual spire,built when the town was rolling in wool money,is def worth a look.
A much nicer place to visit than up its own arse Whitstable with its London prices for the gullible.
 
Made it! Got the boat up yesterday, :cool:

Must have touched a couple of times. Luckily Google earths pics were taken around low water so show the channel. Nexus 7 with Google maps was invaluable.
 
Glad you made it,the mooring at the top is about £10 or so a night,not sure how you book ,but paying is just about blimming impossible. :)
