Dinghy Stow System

I found a reference to this system on another thread. www.dinghystow.com
Does anybody have any experience with it? Can it be used effectively to carry an inflated tender in reasonable conditions?
Looks to me as if it may only really be useful in marinas etc as the tender seems to be carried fairly low on transom.. but I have little to go on at the moment.
The site mentions a stand off bracket for transom hung rudder, I wonder how this works? there are no photos or diagrams on the website of this.

They call it the dinghy sling, we looked at it a couple of years ago but decided to not to stock it.

Yes it looks very similar - I just wonder if it works?

No reason why it should not "work" as there is nothing clever about it. there was "to my mind) a much superior DIY variation in PBO earlier this year which used mesh for the sling. I am thinking of having one made for my boat.

Biggest problems with this type of thing are windage - and you need to have a large and high transom at least as wide as the dinghy is long.
