Does anybody else subcribe to this? The software is great but the managment is $&!*ing usless. They Send and email telling me that the October issue is ready to download. I go to the download manager and it tells me that there is nothing to download. so I go to the download website via the link and it tells me that my email address is invalid, dispite being the one that they used to notify me in the first place. Am I the only one with these issues? I suppose it works perfectly for everybody else (if there are other users)

Someone on here was having some difficulty (could have been about the cost) a month or two ago. I've been thinking about going that way but .....
