I bought one recently from CPC and am very pleased with it cost about a tenner and has all the scales I need. Free delivery from CPC on orders above £5. I was advised to avoid the very cheap ones.

Stop showing me pretty multimeters. I've got 9 at home, and 3 on the boat! But that one does have same handy features, such as backlight and 20A range...

It likes quite good.
Things that may or may not be on a cheap multimeter but can be useful.
Auto switch off to save the battery
A buzzer for continuity checks
20 amp current scale may be more useful that 10 amp or less.
