Yes, it's only the extension of the US WAAS.
I was right under the path of EGNOS1, 2 years ago and, despite, much "expert" opinion to the contrary was getting the corrections.

I am informed by a colleague who is directly involved with EGNOS, that it is currently expected to be operational in 2010 ................ but they have been saying that for a number of years!!!
