Diesel on the Crouch?

is there anywhere to get diesel on the Crouch? I looked on the websites for Essex, Burnham and Fambridge and can't see if there is. Am I missing something, or does everyone just bring their own?

It is 4 years since I have been there, but Burnham Yacht Harbour certainly had diesel, and I am sure it still does.

I have just looked at their web site and it dosn't appear to mention diesel. I would have expected a plan of the harbour which showed visitors berths and the position of the diesel pump. At least it has the phone number!!

Essex Marina, Wallasea, pump
Rice & Cole by arrangement, 25 litres at a time.

Fambridge at marina, pump, claim 'cost price' to berth holders !?

Nothing further up the Crouch, unless you go ashore to filling stations/supermarket.

I found turning the boat at BYH interesting !

Thanks for the speedy replies. Saved me an early morning and unnecessay schlep to the petrol station. Weird that none of these have it advertised on the websites and no one to answer a phone at 11pm when I suddenly remeber than I'm runng on empty!

Biff used to have diesel at Bridgemarsh tho by jerries only I think it was.

Biff (at Bridgemarsh) stopped selling diesel when he had to start bothering with VAT. The hassle wasn't worth his while.
