Diesel mechanic in Lisbon8

Currently Covid 19 in sunny Lisbon, . Next door neighbour in marina has a enigine problem, no access to similar site for advice as Swedish and they appear not to have similar to YM forums. So can anyone reccomend a good diesel mechanic in Lisbon? Ideally must be able to do some steelwork fabrication as well for the repair.

To add, it's a Ford Lehman 120hp engine
