So after many delays our boat was launched a couple of days ago by Rudders Boatyard. We still need an exhaust seal replaced but we're about ready to get going. Apart from Dale Sailing's fuel pontoon in Neyland and the one located in Milford Haven Docks what other options are there for diesel up and down the Milford Haven Waterway? Have any of you had fuel delivered via road tanker? At a guess we only need around 120 litres to fully fill the tank.

Well you won’t get

that small amount delivered , why don’t you post on the Bristol Chanel forum , ps what’s up with Dale, r fill 5 ;25 litre drums .

Milford marina unfortunately don't sell diesel during the 2hours of free flow when the lock gates are fully open. Maybe it's a security thing, they may want you locked in until you have paid. You could still time your visit to use free flow either inbound or out.
With the usual 60/40 split on the duty for their red diesel it was £16.80 last weekend for about 10L, cheaper than the road diesel at the Tesco next door. Who knows on a daily basis now though.
Neyland and Dale sailing are convenient for physical access but have more restricted opening times.
