Yamaha 114kg.
I'm not sure who will really want a 50hp o/b, but not care about carrying an extra 60kg right on the stern?

Only commercial people, the hp and noise would be of little interest to hobby boaters.

Very interesting thread. I am in the change the oïl every year, esp if little used, as most yacht engines are. In small boats, petrol engines make sense, but people shy away because of the fire risk, which is reflected in the lack of inboard units now available. Dolfin? Outboards are the prefered alternative, with other probs and advantages..

Just look after it, and that means changing oïl and filters far more often than the daily school run motor.
 
I am 60 years older than my engine..............
I am doing 8,760 hours per year, the engine a lot less.
I think the engine might be ok.
