It's a Danish Refleks, looks like a Type 66MK. The UK agents are Cosalt in Grimsby (a Google should find them) who may be able to supply a manual.

Thanks for the info folks!
Got it going today, with a small piece if firelighter dropped in the bottom.
Very very impressed with it.
a little gem.

Anybody know what sorta fuel consuption i can expect?
Any reason why it cant run direct from the engine fuel tank?

Fuel consumptio may be about 15 litres per day if taken against another 5kw heater i'm looking at.
There is no reason you could not use your main fuel tank if the tank is above the heater inlet but you'll need to filter it.
Definitley buy a thing they use to stop the fuel flow in event of a fire (forgot the name) - work through the scenario in your head of a small heater fire followed by melted fittings on a gravity fed fuel feed with a hundred gallons or so of heater fuel etc.

Another thing to bear in mind is that if you feed from your main tanks, you would eventually have to use diesel at its full price when you get stung by the tax increase.
Whereas if you had a seperate tank you could use cheaper heating fuel or derated diesel and save a small fortune

I have one for my main cabin, i use between 6 and 10 liters a day,But it heats so well i have it on very low, You can connect it to your main tank, but youll just heat and heat then suddenly youll have no fuel left to get to the fule dock!!!
Ive installed a seperate 50liter tank and add 10 liters from time to time, that way the cans not so heavy and on a fine winter day ill fetch 2 cans full 50 liters will last a week
To set fire to the thing i pour 3 small cap fulls of meths, then put a small piece of cotton wool on a long nail, dip it in meths light it and drop it in, that gets the meths going and you wont have to clean out the old matches which leave black muck,And if you use a match they mostly go out!!!
If you have a big cold metal boat and heat a lot and all day (i turn mine out if i go out for a morning or day--unless its very cold) You can use a LOT more fule than ive indicated--but it will keep you walm!!And beware of winds which blow down the chiminy put the flame out only to explode into life seconds latter!!Youll see!!!!!

Happy new year
