Went down to check if 'Tia' was OK yesterday and saddened to find that someone has hit and destroyed the lifebuoy / light bracket on the pushpit, it must have been quite a blow as the heavy gauge aluminium is completely twisted. Luckily we took the light and buoy off when we left her two weeks ago or no doubt they would be damaged as well.
I would assume that whoever did this must have been aware and we would appreciate at least a PM, the damage is probably no more that £30 or so but the hassle is in finding replacement parts.
I must say the marina has been fantastic and are bending over backwards to help fix it before we take her out again (Clacton airshow weather permitting).
