Did you get a favourite \'08 pic of your boat?

We all have pictures of our own boat tied up or at anchor but it's not always easy to get a favourite 'in action' shot.

This year, I got lucky and I have a couple to share of 'Houston' in action. Have you got a favourite or two?

Not my boat but a favourite picture of this year. A Pal's boat taken in May running between LLandwyn Island and Nefyn running across Caernarfon Bay-

Lovely, lovely pics Rog and James. James, your first one looks like a brochure shot.

One thing I want in 2009 is to get a really good picture of my boat in action. Looks like I'll either have to hire a snapper or get a friend!

Not my boat of course but since I haven't got a boat at the minute and I have driven this quite a bit fits with the tag line (ish). Taken just off Iles de Lérins , yeah I know free publicity etc but I aint got anything else to post (unless its another ABS of course ) Just think it is a great boaty picture and reminds me of Summer in SoF while stuck here on the rock in the piddling rain /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Shots of fast boats describing a sweeping curve like that - much favoured for publicity - always make me think that the skipper has stepped down below for a quickie with one of the PR persons and the boat is just going round in circles. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah, and you can judge the skipper expertise by how the boat is left going round in circles (port or stbd).
As shown in the pic being the proper choice, obviously.

Blimey that shot must have been taken at sparrow's fart. We've anchored there loads of times when we had our season in La Napoule and never saw the sun from that direction /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
