Nothing on the website yet, but the attempt is today, so she's probably out there now. Anybody able to call up Snowleopard on the radio? /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I haven't heard yet, but have been in daily contact up'til today to provide weather input. She had timed her departure for 04-00 this AM so by my reckoning she should be somewhere around the shipping lanes by now, if everything is going to plan.

More details and photos later as I have to get some kip but the basic story is...

Departed Exmouth 0345 Thurs. Arrived Cherbourg 2315. No dramas but a couple of capsizes!

Friday was R&R in Cherbourg, coincidentally Megan's 18th birthday.

We left Cherbourg Sat 1200 with the laser as deck cargo and reached Plymouth 0300 today (Sunday).

Glad it was successful - Sir still sorry he couldn't join you. Had intended to phone to see how you got on (thought poor vis yesterday in shipping channels ?) but if you need some kip you can read this instead !
