just pondering and noodling.... how possible/impossible/expensive is it to get a permanent mooring for a 34’ long keel boat in S. Devon sort of Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth type of thing? Draught is 5’8”
I don’t mind sitting in a bit of soft mud for some of the time and I’d prefer swinging to being on a pontoon. But is this a stupid idea? Are all the moorings taken, with long waiting lists? I’d rather avoid Plymouth if possible though I guess there is more availability there.
What do you think?
