On holiday in Portland OR at the moment.
Spotted this desirable vessel moored right in the heart of the city.

Can't quite work out if the boat is moored to the pontoon or the pontoon to the boat.

The boat belongs to some bums living in tents on the river side.

Fairly obviously the pontoon is moored to the boat. I guess it's like a patio
